Sushi is the best known Japanese cuisine and you should love it! What if you will be able to learn how to make it from the professional sushi chef at a cozy sushi bar in Kyoto? It will not be just a cooking class, but also a learning of Japanese culture and history  by your heart.

You will be picked up at the hotel in the central Kyoto and learn how to handle ingredients and kitchen tools from a young, but passionate chef. After cooking, please enjoy delicious lunch with fruitful conversation with him!

After the lesson, we recommend to enjoy sightseeing nearby the sushi bar as an option. Daitokuji temple which is famous for its beautiful zen rock garden is just 5 minutes walk from the sushi bar.

Price:Tour fee of ¥72,000/2ppl, all taxes covered. From the 3rd person, +¥6,000/person), sushi lunch is included
Tour Fee Includes:Sushi making experience under instruction of professional sushi chef and lunch (the nigiri you make), and an English speaking guide.
Tour Fee Not Included:Travel expense from your hotel to the sushi bar.
Duration:Approx. 3 hours
Cancellation Policy:No refunds without exception for no-shows or cancellations within 120 hours of start of tour.
Weather:This tour is not cancelled for weather except in extreme circumstances (e.g., typhoons) in which case we will contact you and refund your payment in full.

*Please note that you will touch fresh ingredients. Decorated nails will not be appropriate for cooking.
Wi-fi:Public wi-fi is not available along most of the route of this tour.
Photos/Protocols:Your guide will advise but photography is allowed for most parts of the tour.
